Optimisation and use of materials

To minimise the volume of materials purchased, Service Centres Aero has the ability to cater the formats to the individual needs of their clients and/or to supply their clients with pre-machined parts.

To provide this service, Service Centres Aero has large finishing capabilities (straight cutting, shape cutting, milling, surfacing, drilling):

• 11 plate saws : 220-mm maximum thickness

• 4 surfacing machines: tolerances +/- 0.1 mm

• 7 CNC, drilling, tapping, milling

• 2 contour saws for shaped pieces

• 2 saws for bars, 400-mm maximum diameter
